2. Description of Service
PomotimerX is a free, browser-based Pomodoro timer application that allows users to play YouTube videos alongside timed work and break sessions. The Service is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
3. YouTube Content
The Service uses the YouTube IFrame Player API to embed YouTube videos. All YouTube content is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for the YouTube URLs you enter and the content you choose to play. The Service does not host, download, or store any video or audio content.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POMOTIMERX OR ITS OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
